Education | - Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Law, International Relations or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experiences in the area of child rights, alternative care and youth development..
- Minimum of 2 years’ advocacy experiences with MOLISA and concerned governmental agencies on child rights and alternative care for children at all levels.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experiences on results-based program management, implementation and reporting.

Knowledge & Skills | - Good knowledge of UNCRC, UNGAC, national laws and policies, national alternative care and child protection system and socio-cultural systems.
- Experience working on Child Rights, Youth Development and Child Safeguarding in Vietnam.
- Sound knowledge of local regulations on beneficiary of social welfare (especial for children without parental care and low-incomes families)
- Knowledge of results-based programme development, implementations, monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience of context analysis, policy analysis, design and implementation of advocacy with government, other relevant authorities/stakeholders to secure commitment around common goals.
- Working experience with NGOs or international development organisation is preferable
- Familiar in fund raising.
- Excellent team working.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese. (written and verbal).
- Effective communication skills with eyes for details.
- Computer literacy (WORD, Poewerpoint and Excel).
