BACKGROUND

VVOB is a non-profit organisation with over 35 years of experience in improving the quality of education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB has currently long-term partnerships with education actors in 9 countries in the South (Cambodia, DR Congo, Ecuador, Rwanda, South Africa, Suriname, Vietnam, Zambia and Uganda) and in Belgium/Flanders. Its annual budget is around 13 million euros.

In Vietnam, VVOB is currently implementing the following programmes/projects:

  • Mitigating Preschool Children’s Barriers to Learning in Disadvantaged and Ethnically Diverse Districts (BaMi), funded by the Belgian Federal Government, Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGD).
  • Integrating Play-based Learning Activities for Young learners (iPLAY) (2019-2023), funded by The LEGO Foundation.

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE OF THE CONSULTANCY

The purpose of the present call is to collect quotations from qualified firms to provide 2022 CALENDAR designing, printing and delivery services as following:

  • To work with a publisher and process all the required paperwork for publishing if needed.
  • To provide marquette designing, calendar printing, and delivery service for VVOB’s 2022 calendars.

We value your experiences in the printing industry. We therefore want to hear your advice on the suggested technical details if any.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (HOW TO APPLY)

A valid application will include:

  • Company portfolio;
  • A breakdown quotation for printing and delivery services following the template in annex 1 below;
  • At least 3 reference contacts of previously delivered work;
  • Sample hard copies of at least 1 assimilar as possible cardboard box, and 1 cardboard with diecut sample.

The quotation must be signed by the authorised representative and sealed with the company’s stamp. Any deletions, overwriting and additional or amending references, either in the quotation or in its appendices, that are likely to affect the contract’s basic conditions, such as prices, time limits and technical conditions, must also be signed by the applicant’s authorised representative.
